A Guide to Membership Sign Up

This page will guide you through the screens for the sign up and payment process on our website.

Sign-up Page Instructions

  1. Create your account here: https://www.mathworksheets4kids.com/signup.php
  2. Enter your email ID. Ensure you type in correctly as this ID will be used to track your membership records.
  3. Choose a username and password. It can include any combination of alphabets (A to Z or a to z) and numbers 0 to 9. No special characters are allowed. If a username already exists, pick another username of your choice. Password is case sensitive. Reenter to confirm your password.
  4. Once all the fields have been filled up, check the box "I agree to the Terms of Use and Refund Policy". Click on the "Pay Now" option to become a member. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to make the payment.

Sign up Form

You may pay by using your PayPal account, a debit or a credit card.

If you hit the "Pay Now" button, this screen will appear.

If you have PayPal account, please fill in your login credentials and hit "Log In" button. If not, please leave all the fields blank and click on the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" / "PayPal Guest Check Out" option.

NOTE: Depending on your area of domicile, the text on the gray click button (Area 2-marked in red) will read either as "PayPal Guest Check out" or "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".

The look and feel of the PayPal website and the descriptions may slightly vary based on the browser (Firefox or Google Chrome) used and also the domicile of the user.

*Credit card and debit card options on the drop-down menu may vary in accordance with the domicile of the user.

Click on the country you reside in and take care to enter the credit card/debit card information correctly. Fill in the billing and contact information and click on the "Pay Now" button.

Enter your credit card details and other required fields. After filling in all the information, please hit the "Pay Now" button. Once your transaction is successful, you will be redirected to our home page. You will gain instant access to all the resources on www.mathworksheets4kids.com.
