No. We do not do an auto-renewal or charge any amount to your account when your subscription period expires. Instead, we will send you details of your account expiration along with a renewal link that will enable you to renew your account.

When it says your credit card was declined, it means you were not charged for the order. We suggest that you check with your bank to figure out why the payment was declined. Alternatively, you could try again using another card or a different payment option.
